So i live in a transitional house where a girl in the house has now been made a "house captain" and claims that in her contract she is designated to the ONE parking spot in front of the home. There is a lot were not allowed to park in because it's reserved for another complex. Now the actual um "case manager" is giving me hell for refusing to follow this rule. I don't believe there is any law or rule or tag that says the other residents can't park in a spot where we ALL live. Is that really possible in a contract? I refuse to be treated less than anybody in this program.

There should be a printed set of house rules for everybody to read either posted or in a binder that everyone is given to read when the first come to live there and you sign a pahe saying you've read the rules.
The rules should cover everything from meals, visitors, drugs and alcohol, hours, what you can have in your rooms, what your chores are and where you can park your car if you have one. Ask to see the house policies and rules.
I have a printed copy of the rules and it says nothing about a spot. Either way legally because I am a resident I believe I am in my rights to park there.
