My friend plays pro sports overseas and is paid in cash. Does he need to file his taxes here for that money made?

yes its probably going to be done like this thats a way of finding out how much that income is every year if its taxable or is under misc income earned income talk to your irs provider they to would know how to report it to the right department of either idea so i would call your tax provider or your irs to see where that fits into
