Do you believe that if more than half of the employee grievances were taken care of by management?

Normally the union is where you turn grievances are taken care of by a union this is how they are addressed when a union is involved.But if you have grievances and there is no union then management is responible for addressing them. But if you have one and they are not being addressed then theres something wrong with that picture.
