Women like to keep us guessing. . But yea sometimes they do. She might be thinking you falling for her. And she playing it safe by saying it the way she did. Like in a kind way I think you good friend and cool. But it won't go beyond that. I've missed out allot of between the lines comments for women. . So in your case i don't know for sure. You might ask her. Hey how things going with that friend you told me about. Maybe ask what she wish would happen. . . That a tough question. If she meaning you . But if she telling you there a guy that showing interest but it going no where. That she could mean she open free still. . .
