i'm currently retaking my GCSE Ed-excel math higher in year 12 and i will be retaking it on November the 4th, so i would like to know if i will be getting the same paper as i did in November????

I very much doubt it. If you sat the same paper again it would leave the the exam wide open to cheating students and also be unfair on those who took the test only once.
A test cannot be completely fair for everybody who takes it if some of those people have already had a go at it.
