Do Universal Studios Florida Harry Potter rides allow phones in zipped pockets on ride?

I have been fortunate to visit all the main theme parks in Florida, they will always advise that loose items be placed in a hold to be collected after the ride, I have always held a m obile phone with me on all rides, I just ensure it is secure in a pocket which is well zipped up, just ensure all loose items are secured and if not left in the hold as they can be one hell of a weapon if loose and thrown from the ride at speed. Secure all and enjoy the rides they are great.
