Well when someone goes through airport security how do they know if the person is carrying something illegal ? Not like guns or knife but things that can't be detected by metal detector (Drugs , illegal pills etc..).

as you know you take everything out of your pockets and put it one of the saucers they have then you go through the metal detector to catch anything still in your clothes then if thats clear you have to be patted down by a officer female and male officers if you have anything else on you they will catch it then
