The result, the expression, "what goes around, comes around", is something people often say.
However this is what the Bible says about God's actions, at James chapter 1
verse 13,14,15 (please read)

The result, the Bible also says at Galatians chapter 6 verse 7
"Do not be misled: God is not one to be mocked. For whatever a person is sowing, this he will also reap".

It is the person who caused the problem, makes more problems for themsevles, and reaps what they sowed.
