Do nursery teachers have identification to show they work in the workplace for security reasons?

I'm doing some health and Social care course work and it's hard to find references for some of the questions, so if any nursery teachers could help me out, this question is about security systems and I just need a simple answer saying if there's a way to know someone works within that building, so strangers can't come in.
