well, a mother would love a child more since its her blood and flesh and has been inside her around 9 months but in some situation people get abortions in that case not wanting to have to the child making it seem they would love their mother more unless she doesn't know her mother or her mother is an addicted or something. In some cases the children spend time with the grandma more then their own mother which could make the mother of the children love them and her mother equally because they are around her mother so much and maybe away from her.
You don't know what love means, do you? That's ok, nobody does. It means to be aware of a need and take care of it. A baby needs air, water, food, diapers, and personal attention. If baby does not get all five of those in adequate amounts, baby will either die or turn into a very weird person. Adults have the same sorts of needs but they might go much longer before a lack of attention leads to noticeable results.
The bottom line is it doesn't mean anything to say you love one person more than another, the question is whether you have awareness and caring at all.
What if their child is adopted?
