I am 14 right now and I want to become a neurosurgeon when I grow up. I have great interest in brain's working, but at such a young age I don't understand what to prepare so that in future I will be known as a top student in it. Anyone can suggest what exactly to start reading at 14?

if you plan on becoming a professional neurologist at a young age, you need to focus on graduating as efficient and fast as you can. in that type of profession, its always good to get good grades at a young age. if i were you, i would focus on my classes and studies and try to ACE them. also ask for extra credit, dont be afraid to be a teachers pet. once youre deeper into highschool and are ahead of the class, you can go up to the nearest community college and make an appointment with one of the counselors and you could take college courses while in highschool.
