There are many alternatives to quitting cigarettes. I smoked a pack a day for 11 years. Currently I have not had one in over 2 months. I found it very useful to use the electronic vapor cigarettes. yes they still have nicotine, however they are not as harmful as cigarettes. You can gradually lower the amount of nicotine you are inhaling until you are reduced to none. The most effective one i found was at ehookahbrand.com. They are cheap and have many choices of flavors and colors. Try it out for a week or so and see if you like it.
