I'm doing children's piano book and i put my own arrangement and style of nursery rhyme. I don't know if i need to get a permission for this. If yes, to whom and where? Cause i want my book to be registered.
Do I need a permission for doing a book and my piano arrangement of nursery rhyme?

It really depends on the nursery rhyme. Most of them, you probably won't, because they are so old that they are in the public domain, or the author is deceased. If the author of the nursery rhyme is living, you could email them or send them a letter to let them know and/or see if it's okay with them. Most likely, it will be. Good luck!
