So I woke up with a sore throat, thought it was because of drainage, well it's been several hours and I still have a sore throat, it's hard to swallow, my tonsils are swollen, my throat appears to be red, I have tiny white spots on my tonsils and the back of my throat looks a little yellow but red, my tongue is has white stuff and I may have a rash on the side of my neck, what could this be? Strep? Help pease!
