Okay so I've kept this things to myself for a long time n tried my best to ignore it. I'm 17 now and in the past year I've started paying more attention to these things that are wrong with me and realising that it's not normal. I've been looking online and trying to understand what's happening to me and what this really is. The earliest I can remember something out of the ordinary happening was when I was 7 in class, I had my head down working and I could hear all the other kids in my class shouting and running around, and I thought I could see it as well from the corners of my eye, I heard heavy footsteps run right up behind me that made me jump and spin around. But there was no one there and everyone was sitting down and silent, I just brushed it off and ignored it. I had that continuously for years and just thought I had a really active imagination. When I'm slept I could hear whispering or something that can only be described as a white noise or buzzing in my head. At around 15 it stopped for around a year then came back with revenge, I would see people standing in the corner of rooms or just on the edge of corners on roads and when I looked back there was nothing, the whispering started happening any time of the day, I instantly forget what people are saying to me or I space out and forget where I am. I came down into my girlfriends kitchen yesterday and o could hear some weird kind of sounds blaring out from somewhere so I went over to turn off the radio but it wasn't even switched on, those sounds carried on for another 5 minutes before stopping. These things along with other unexplainable things have increasingly got worse since I was young. Can this possibly be schizophrenia or something that is similar? You should know as well that I do take drugs recreationally with my friends sometimes but I do not believe that this is that cause of these issues. Thanks.

You have symptoms of B vitamin deficiency. Get nutritional yeast powder and/or B-100 pills. Vitamin B2 is a water soluble dye that turns urine bright yellow. When the color fades, it's time for another dose. Read some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right.
One oddity of B vitamins is that a large dose is not the same as many small doses. So if you don't seem to get relief, cut pills into quarters and take one piece every hour. That is what worked for me.
