I was born in Texas, lived there for most of my life as well. I recently moved out of state for a few months and will continue to live out of state until the summer. If I move back to Texas, with a Colorado license,within the year and be an independent, will I be able to have in-state tuition, or would I have to live in Texas for a year even though I just left?
