hi im male and after spliting with my ex ive been having my kids for 2 days every 2 weeks , i also work away alot so once or twice ive not been able to have them which is a problem , i also take them on holidays and try and have them in school holidays , i pay for them every week but now she keeps saying she will take me court , where will i stand

I would keep those because just in case the judge asks to see them how much do you give her and is in enforced by child support agency with the state. Do you pay her watch who you are paying the money to every reciept i would take it to court if i were you i wouldn't stand for her threats.
