I'm 15 and I've never told anyone but I always mix up my 2, 5, and 7. Sometimes in math, I write the wrong number when I know what the right number is. I also mix up or switch around the letters in words when I'm writing. I notice after I write it and fix it but I do it often.

If you are concerned that you may have dyslexia, you're far better off seeing someone who can diagnose you rather than going by answers off the internet.
People with dyslexia often describe the words on a page moving around and it being confusing to read. If that sounds like you, maybe you should consider receiving a diagnosis like I said earlier. They can describe it much better also.
