So recently a family member has decided to just shave 2/3 cats in the house. 1 of the cats was legally bought from a store. The 2nd cat was kidnapped from someone elses house because of animal abuse. (The cat was suffering from fleas, starvation, wounds.) The 3rd cat is a family members boyfriend's that was brought into the house as a family pet. When the 2nd cat was shaved, I got into an arguement with a family member about this situation and how they wern't allowed to shave the other cat because nobody else had an opinion or agreement to this. This family member then replied directly after saying "These are not your cats. These are my cats. You have no jurisdiction over any of them especially the 3rd cat, cause thats my boyfriends cat." This family member does not take care of them in the slightest, nor thinks about taking care of them. They barely pay attention to them, and when they do it's to complain about the hair. (i don't really care about the 3rd cat since it was from a different family.) I really want to know do i have any say in what happens to the 1st and 2nd cat? (i don't really care about the 3rd cat since it was from a different family.)
