I overstayed my visa and now planing to go back home. Heard that they will get my passport stamped with *deportation* sign Wich would made getting other visas in other countries almost impossible. Is that true? Thank for help.

If it's a simple screw up (it happens) then there is usually some sympathy though these days it's all fairly f*cked up... there isn't a list that I can access and if I could I wouldn't put it up on the net as it would be a "sensitive document". However these cases, application for a visa are dealt with on an individual basis when there has been a recorded previous violation. Mostly it'll depend on how shitty that countries relationship is with your own (and vice versa) and whether the clerk issuing visas is in a good mood or not and how the violation was reported i.e. deliberate, accidental, purposely, with criminal intent, etc, etc..
So basically I screw up a lot. Is there any list of those countries that will no accept me anymore?
And do you know maybe voluntarily departure will help me in that case?
