So people keep telling me that I have chubbier cheeks than before. Yes, I have gained a bit of weight since I was 16 years old (I'm 18 now). lately I've been thinking that My face (skull) got wider too. I never really thought this before. Do faces (face/skull) get wider when you gain weight?

Bones do not get larger as a person gains weight. A person gets larger because of the fat cells building up under the skin. The more weight gained, the more fat gets deposited under the skin and the person gets bigger. If the person loses the weight, the fat goes away and the person gets smaller. Depending on how much weight has been gained, the skin stretches and can stay saggy after losing weight but that is usually only with large amounts of weight gain and loss that is done quickly.
