Do Facebook page owners get a notification if I say I work there in my basic info?

As far as I know, many Facebook pages for popular company's, for example:Hollister,Nike,Adidas and a lot more like that are run by a computerised controller. If the page has a lot of "likes", I doubt that company will be bothered to look at them with interest. For a small business Facebook page, I am not sure whether you will come up in their notifications, it depends on whether it is a computerised account or if there is a person manually controlling it's feed. In my opinion, I don't think the Facebook page owners would get a notification.
