Do dogs bite people?

Mainly depends on how protective the dog is or how their owner treats them. Or if its a stray dog and maybe seems to want to bite you, Since it was a stray dog it might've been treated wrongly by random strangers and is stuck in their protective state. Other than that shouldn't really bite at all.
