If the dog has become deaf gradually over time then the dog would probably continue to bark as it did before becoming deaf (since they have already learned to bark).
If a dog was born deaf and has never heard other dogs barking and making noises then it's difficult to say what sounds the dog would make. Perhaps it would make more of a growling noise. Humans born deaf still make noises but they do not articulate words.
