I always heard that even though they look good, they always feel as hard as rocks. Or maybe breast implants have advanced and now they can feel quite natural? If so, do they come close to feeling like real boobs?

Breast implants can feel much more natural now due to advances in implant types and surgical approaches. Silicone implants typically feel the most natural and can now be placed under the breast muscle to provide more coverage and reduce chances of capsular contracture ("hardening"). Saline implants don't feel quite as natural, but because they can be filled after they have been inserted, they result in less scarring. I have got implants from Dr.Ronald Levines Clinic in Toronto 2 years back. I dint feel anything natural till now.
It's sad to think, but there are other patients who are unhappy with their breast implants surgery results. You have to admit that these kinds of surgeries carry the element of risks and complications. Although, there are quite a number of those patients who are happy seeing their natural looking new breasts. Count me in. Perhaps, it has something to do with the clinic and the surgeon who would be performing the process. Personally, I've considered taking a medical travel since I have seen a lot of successful results.
