I have some buddies that are atheist and they believe everything is subjective, meaning there isn't a possibility of something being 100% true. If so then how can we know how the universe was created from a scientific standpoint? We are born with the 3 laws of logic, and it isn't physical. Materialism only believes in everything being physical. Also if atheists use those 3 laws in everyday life, how can they not believe all of them are true?

Perhaps they do believe in many ways to comfort them in their theory. The question is who's logic?
Ancient Greek scholars relied on their powers of observation, deduction, and logic to explain the natural world. Starting with what they considered to be obvious truths, they believed that if they reasoned carefully on such truths, they would be able to come to correct conclusions.
There are logical conclusions, and then there are proofs based on actual facts. For example, if you agree red is a color, do you also agree red is not a color?
Atheism - Disbelief or lack of belief in the existence of God or gods.
Fact : The theist claims that there is some sort of god; the atheist does not accept this claim (usually due to a lack of sufficient evidence).
Creation - The bringing into of existence of the universe, especially when regarded as an act of God.
Fact: (Romans 1:20) "For his invisible qualities are clearly seen from the world’s creation onward, because they are perceived by the things made, even his eternal power and Godship".
When we compare the two, who wins out on the Theory of, or the hy·poth·e·sis of the matter. One would only have to conclude, Someone or something caused life to be here in the earth. Because of the complexity of every living thing here on earth, one would have to conclude there is a God who cares for us in a large way.
The book of Acts chapter 17 verse 26,28 in the Bible says, "And he made out of one man every nation of men to dwell on the entire surface of the earth" For by him we have life and move and exist, even as some of your own poets have said, ‘For we are also his children.
