Do all of Rick Riordan's books tie together?

No. Rick Riordan has done series with different characters and different themes. He has done series involving Egyptian, Greek, Roman, and Nordic environments and mythologies. So no, not all of his book tie in together.

No, not absolutely all of his books are connected, although all the Percy Jackson books are related (even the Kane chronicles is connected to Percy Jackson as Sadie and Carter meet Percy and Annabeth in a short story and Magnus Chase is the cousin of Annabeth Chase from Percy Jackson). Rick Riordan also has other series such as the 39 clues series of his isn't connected to Percy Jackson, although Percy Jackson is probably his most popular series and accounts for most of his books written.
