I feel as if I am not good at disciplining the children in my care. The other carers are very firm and even a bit rough. But the kids listen to them.
There are a few children that don't listen and just say no and run around. The carers just place them somewhere like In a corner firmly saying " do not run around" loudly. I haven't adapted to this way of discipline. I am very passionate about children and find it extremely hard to discipline them. What should I do?

this is a idea get the parents idea of what they do when a child needs to have disapline it also says alot if the parents tell you what they do and it might help you even more then another way is if you say i'll tell your mom or your dad what your doing and use because it can make a big difference
