Disadvantages of non-unionised workplace?

It depends on the company. Many yrs ago unions were a good thing, but today mob tactics making all pay dues or no job & the dues go to crooked union bosses with little or no benefits for the worker. I worked for both & lost a good job being bumped by a man working in another co that went out of business but was in same union as my company & had longer union time.Non union companies usually work with employees better than union ones as they know employees happy turn out good work.
