nope! the vaginal opening might get slightley tighter but the vagina can't technicaly close up. it's not like when you get your ear peirced and if you don't use a earing for long it heals up and closes up, the vagina is like an elastic band, when you penatrate it or when it is being put through child birth it stretches open and once over it goes back to it's normal state
