I exercise for about two hours every day and in the past two months, I lost about 20 pounds. Could this have anything to do with the loss of my period?

Your body isn't used to all the exercise therefore it may cause delays. Don't worry too much about it. It will become regular again. Congrats BTW on your weight loss. It isn't easy. If it continues...go and seek help from a doctor, in case you have injured anything in the process.
