NO they did not get a fair trial often times they would torture the accused until they confessed to practicing witchcraft and then they would execute them. There were also times were even if they did not confess to practicing witchcraft they would still execute them.
They didn't get a good chance to proof themselves innocent or defend themselves. They were beat up and tortured and punished until they confessed for what they didn't even do. They were never given the chance to prove themselves good people, a use to Salem Village...they were beat up, forced to confess, without being given the right to defend themselves at trial. The trial tests were foolish. I was there, watching from up above. I should know.
