Ok so, awhile back my ex bf broke up with me. He basically hated me, and he blocked me on Instagram. Now we are going into high school and we go to this summer academy thing and he talks to me and has changed. My friend told me someone tried to hack his insta account and his parents forced him to make it private(his phone is also been taken away from him for a long time since we broke up) and I looked and I can request to follow him so he isn't blocking me anymore but I didn't request it. Did he unblock me himself... Or did Instagram do it when he made his account private?
