Jesus is not anti science as far as I know. When he says "seek and you shall find" it seems to indicate that he values the capacity of human inquiry to produce worthwhile results. The appearance of miracles is not opposition to science either. All had physical manifestations so were not unnatural. Creationism presents itself as a narrow understanding of both biblical account and scientific practice. My impression from many scientific fields is that creationism is considered to be a pseudoscience. Hardly worthy of respect within serious fields. It wouldn't be fair to the potency of Jesus teaching to try and evaluate contemporary scientific references as a measure. Creationism and Jesus don't really gel. Jesus was so beyond this kind of squabble. From proponents of creationism such as Ken Ham the "scientific proof" has become central to an evangelistic mission. If you study Jesus teaching it does not need this "science" to prove its merit.
Your question suggests several possible answers. One answer is that "science" did not exist in Jesus's time, so the question is simply void.
Second, science is anything that can be measured. Spirit is anything that can not be measured. Science is powered by logic and evidence. Spirit is powered by believing and wisdom. No connection. Stop trying to prove or disprove spiritual things with science.
Third, it is not reliable to let people tell you what the bible says. Many people will make up stuff because they don't know what it says, and many will make up stuff because they wish it would not say what it says. You just have to read it for yourself. Read a chapter of Proverbs every day. Proverbs has 31 chapters so you can keep your place by just looking at a calendar. There is no religion or nothing in Proverbs and you don't have to believe anything. Just read to find wisdom. When you are comfortable with that, then read the bible from Romans to 2 Thessalonians over and over until you start to remember what it says. That is the part that applies to Christians.
And fourth, it might interest you to know that there were eye witnesses to what we mistakenly call creation. They recorded their observations as best they could, carving some records into stones and passing verbal accounts from one generation to the next. It has taken a very long time to interpret these records because they don't describe anything we have seen. For example the legend of the dragon is carved into rocks all over the world, but it is only recently that anybody has noticed a natural effect that fits that description. This is a long book because it tries to cover everything completely.

Most definitely Jesus believed in Creation. As a matter of fact other than himself, Jesus was a part of everything created in this universe.
Colossians 1:13-16 says,"He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creations; because by means of him all other things were created in the heavens and on the earth, the things visible and the things invisible. All other things, have been created through him and for him."
Only himself Jesus had no part in creating other than that Jesus worked besides his Father in creating everything, the earth , mankind and everything else in d universe. According to God's word the Bible Jesus himself had a major roll in creation .
