Did Jamie Oliver say he would retire at 30 to spend more time with his family, if so why hasn't he?

I don't remember him saying it but things do change. When I was 7, I said I was going to be a bank manager. When I was 17, I wanted to be a maths teacher. I haven't done either of those jobs and probably won't ever.
