About three days ago I was stretching and I don't have very good posture. so I thought if I stand a bit straighter I might fix it. I ended up stretching my neck upward a bit. Now I have pain when I look down. Right between my c3 and c4 of my vertebrae. I felt a bit of stiffness but the pain and stiffness isn't severe. I move my neck and other body parts just fine. My pee and stools are they way they should be, healthy. There's no internal problems. Everything is fine just that small pain and stiffness around neck and around jaw. Any advice? or if it's a ligament I pulled? Or inflammation? Orthopedic Soon?
Thanks in advance.

Consider going to a chiropractor. They can give relief for the pain you feel through manual adjustments. You can also ask them if they can help you with your posture so that things like this won't happen again. I experienced neck pain and I consulted Dr. Becker. You can also get some spinal advice from their site. I don't think you pull a ligament but your joints must have been misaligned. Seek a chiro.
There are things only a professional can tell. Should you decide to visit a chiropractor, you will be educated on the symptoms and the condition you are experiencing. I'm not a chiropractor myself, but a friend have visited drfryer.ca and was able to be treated with chiropractic care to relieve the pain he is facing in.
