... just applied for a job for Patient Advocate Coordinator and I did a ten minute phone interview with the HR person who took down my answers and then gave them to the hiring manager and she told me they will get back t me with the next step in 24 So during the phone call she asked me what I wanted to make and I said 20.00 an hr and I said of said more so my question is even though I said that does that mean I cant negotiate if they low ball it ? I am looking for 24 an hr. Any advice would be great. To my understanding it don't matter what I said to come back at them with 24 an hour?? My next step I meet with them next week.
