Did I just have a panic attack or is it something worse?

I'm a 20 year old male. 

Here's what happened:

 I woke up after around 9 hours of sleep. About 30 minutes after I woke up my little brother and sister left to walk to the store to get something. 1 minute after they left I heard my sister scream the most horrific scream I'd ever heard. Then my I heard my brother Scream my name. I kept hearing them scream but their voices kept getting quieter and quieter until I couldn't hear them. I also couldn't pinpoint where the screams were coming from. I ran around the house and in the house. Nothing. I ran further away from the house and I saw them walking down the road safe and sound. I walked inside and could barely breath and was crying uncontrollably. 

This had me paralyzed. I have no idea what happened or why. 

Does anyone know what might have happened or how I can prevent it from happening again? Should I just go to a clinic?

That is a symptom of B vitamin deficiency. Go immediately to a drug store and get nutritional yeast powder and/or B-100 pills. Vitamin B2 is a water soluble dye that turns urine bright yellow. When the color fades, it's time for another dose. Nutritional yeast powder mixes well with milk or mashed potatoes. It has a taste, but when you see how much better you feel you will decide you like that taste just fine. Nutritional yeast also comes in flake form, half the potency at the same price. Read some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right.
