I missed by period by 2 weeks meaning I haven't had it since my last one which would of been 5/6 weeks before hand. I took a pregnancy test which said negative. During this time I have had pains in the right bottom side of my belly. 3 days later I found brown blood dots on my pants and that night a lot of blood had came, I thought it was my period been late and heavy and I used a tampon. The next morning I was changing my tampon and had a lot of them blood clots and lumps of blood like things. Then a lump of what looked like a blood fell out after I removed the tampon and fell into the toilet. Could this of been a miscarriage ? And if so 3 days onwards what should I do?
