Describe a time in which you were able to positively influence the actions of others?

Some small things that come to mind are chain reactions, like me getting an audience to clap or me getting other people to help pick up someones things for them. I'm not the leader type, so I haven't done anything big yet, but I'd like to become the type as I like seeing the good in people.
