Hi there...
I'm turning 16 next week, and I've had this problem for years... We've all thrown tantrums as kids, it just happens... I remember 2 really bad ones still to this day... it actually started getting me depressed I regret it so bad... that, among other things, actually lead me to cutting (I stopped don't worry)... I'm trying not to cry as I type this, it's really hard... I've apologized I don't know how many times, and my mom says its ok, but I still can't get over it, and I don't know why... can anyone tell me what's wrong with me, so I can try to feel better?
Many thanks for your time,
D.C

well having tantrums puts us in the spot light we don't want to be in it can mask its self to the point where we are not proud of the result that happens when we have a mood change i would see someone that is proffessional to help with the areas you can't focus on it isn't because you are the person its trying to reach out to moms have a tendency to know about theses things if your mom knew you were cutting she would feel really bad sometimes moms know more then we do and can sooth us when and where we need it most try and listen to her if anything helps to reach out
