Delete button is stuck in my BB you have to press it hard to make it delete How do you pull it out?

Well, my delete button on my Blackberry is stuck into my phone. and if you press on it it wont go down like other buttons (because it is already down) It is annoying as when I text and I make a mistake I can't delete it. I have already tried Putting a needle inside the small space between the keys/buttons that didn't work.
