I have never herd of a knocking system. I believe you are refering to a knocking sound usualy at acceleration. This is usually due to timing and or octain levels in the gas you are using. Most modern cars have injectors and not carburatiors. It was more common in older cars. It was due to secondary explosions in the pistons. If you have an older car try rebuilding the carburator, adjusting the timing, or using a higher octain gas. If a newer car, hook it up to a diagnostic computer (free at AAMCO) it will find the problem. I hope this was helpfull to you.
While the engine runs at high speed, before ignition the air fuel mixtures are burnt (due to heat of inner cylinder and already burnt gas inside the cylinder) because of noise produced
it is one of the question in my research assignment can you help me abut this topic knocking in inertnal combustion engine???
