I'm doing research and I'd like to know how fans who believe Dean is hetero (as opposed to bisexual) explain Dean's reaction when he meets Dr. Sexy in Changing Channels. Interpretations?

I'm definitely a Dean Winchester fan! I interpret that scene as someone who has a crush on a celebrity be it fictional or not. He's not gay (though fanfiction would have us believe otherwise!). It's like anyone who worships someone whom they hold in high regard - look at Britney's girl fans - they're not gay but they dress like her and basically want to be her. Dr. Sexy is Dean's guilty pleasure (he says so himself in that episode).
