I'm searching for an answer regarding my 2015 Rav4. I need to have the transmission as well as the front and rear differentials serviced. Toyota is charging over $400 to get all three done where Jiffy Lube is only charging $200. Besides the cost, is Jiffy Lube flush service just as good as getting the service done at Toyota?
Dealership vs Jiffy Lube (diff and trans)?

Based on my own experience, I go to the dealership. I have had a Toyota and currently have a Ford. I trust the dealership not the Jiffy Lube places.
I took one of my cars to a place like that and for a $200 job they gave me a written estimate of over $700. I reported them to the Bureau of Automotive Repairs and gave them the list. I dont know if it was me or a lot of us but they went out of business about 3 months later.
