My husband was Govt employee with Karnataka state govt, unfortunately he is no more.
I have one Son (un-Married) and one Daughter(she is married after my husband's death).
I have got letter from AG (DCRG), the lumpsum amount is divided between myself and my son. The ratio is 50-50.
However, i need to ask one question, Please help me if possible.
My son is Left home 10 years back, get arrested by police N number of times for thief activities, robbery etc. Infact he took 15lacs of Rs from us in the past, myself and husband were suffered a lot because of this fellow.
How do i get whole DCRG/Death Claim ?
my husband had housing loans and i have to pay back. However i cannot face my criminal son without police or court. Please help me asap.
