If you are worrying about your current appearance, you shouldn't be worried about getting a boyfriend, considering that you are in 5th grade. Your physical state is more important than your love life. I don't mean to offend, but that is true.
To begin, you should probably start doing regular workouts. mid-day or morning workouts for at least 5-10 minutes a day is good for you. Remember to do stretches first so you do not strain yourself.
Eating healthy is also a great thing to do, so instead of going to get fast food, you should see what fruits and vegetables are in your fridge or at a local store. That does not mean to restrict yourself from sweets at all costs, but at least keep an eye on the number of junk foods you eat.
Once you think you are ready, you should start running for at least 5 minutes each day, along with workouts. It will burn off fat and calories.
