step 1) try to produce the thing which exactly customer want
2) try to convince the customer with your product or by your marketing product
3) give the product at least price to customer and avail their goodwill and cut your compitiors once the price will fall customer more will come although you will incure loss for sometime but customer will come and give you profit in the futre
