I need some crytocurrency advice. I am kinda a noob to it and want to learn more about it, first. What altcoins are on the rise and what are good wallets for those coins. I am thinking about getting some steem coins but I can't find a good wallet on mobile. I am open to anything that's less than 20 bucks.

Take ECON 101 at your community college. Ask the professor what other classes to take. Keep studying until you don't need any advice from anybody. In the meantime, put your investment funds into silver ingots which you hide at home, NOT in any company's vault.
Why do I recommend silver?
1) An ounce of gold costs as much as 75 ounces of silver. That ratio swings from 30 or so up to 80 or so at erratic intervals, so silver has the potential to grow 250%. AFTER it does that, then you would swap your silver for gold.
2) Metal is something you can hold in your hand, and it has inherent value no matter what happens. When an ocean liner sinks and they recover the purser's safe, nobody cares about paper money that floats out. They want silver and gold. That is inherent value.
3) Paper money has no value except that the government that printed it will accept it in payment of taxes.
4) Cryptocurrency is not even backed by a government. You are buying a story. That's ok, stories have value, but the value depends on your skill as a story teller.
So it's up to you: how are you at telling stories?
