Hello guys, this happend a few weeks ago. I was sleeping but i was awake. I think i was dreaming but i was still awake. I heard someone go through my door into my room, as i was facing my wall in my room, i could here someone pass behind me into my room. I said "Simon, is that you?" Simon is my brother but i couldn't know who it was. Somehow i got thirdperson view when i was laying in my bed. I was awake the whole time. But i couldn't move or open my eyes. When i came into this thirdperson view, i saw an Alien. The alien was starring at my body when i were laying there. I got panic and tried to open my eyes but it didn't work. Then i heard some really high and noisy sound in my left ear. My ear started to crackle, it was so creepy. My eyes was like glued. I were fighting for my life, i couldn't move a single muscle/bone in my body. Then finally i came up from this thing. I looked quick to left, no one was there, no one was awake. I couldn't sleep more that night.

it sounds like you experienced what's called "sleep paralysis" it can be a very vivid experience or feel like it actually happened. sleep paralysis happens during REM sleep or "rapid eye movent". when your body isn't able to fully come out sleep mode. i can't explain it as goog as a doctor can but that's what i think happened.
sleep paralysis has been linked to alot of people who claim they were abducted by aliens. i've experienced it myself at least once and it was scary. where an alien was standing in my doorway and started walking over to me.
I found this text, which is from documentions and books from people who have been abducted.
"in a typical sleep-paralysis episode, a person wakes up paralyzed, senses a presence in the room, feels fear or even terror, and may hear buzzing and humming noises or see strange lights. A visible or invisible entity may even sit on their chest, shaking, strangling, or prodding them. Attempts to fight the paralysis are usually unsuccessful. It is reputedly more effective to relax or try to move just the eyes or a single finger or toe. Descriptions of sleep paralysis are given in many of the references already cited and in Hufford’s (1982) classic work on the “Old Hag.” I and a colleague are building up a case collection and have reported our preliminary findings (Blackmore and Rose 1996)."
yeah. those are classic casses of "sleep paralysis". you can find stories of sleep paralysis that go back centuries. if you go back far enough the entities switch from aliens to the "succubus or a witch ect." but there are some casses of people who say they were abducted that leave behind trace evidence. my favorite case is the "betty and barny hill" story. there's an episode of UFO Hunters called "abductions" that you can find on youtube that talks about their experience. wikipedia also has a list of episodes for that show.
Alright, yeah was really sacry experience aswell for me. Felt like reality. Some rly weird way. Hard to describe, But thanks for your answer!
